The building is a tower with five underground levels for parking and services, a mixed-use base for commercial and recreational uses, offices, and housing, featuring a coworking level on which the office tower itself is situated. The offices reach level 27. On level 28, there is an accessible rooftop and a multi-use room. Finally, on level 29, the elevator engine room and thermo-mechanical installations are located.
